IRC, specifically #bmo. If I'm around, I'll get it. I try to check
recent changes every couple of days or so, but sometimes I miss things.

What reed said is not wrong... though you can also poke any of the
sysops listed at
http://wiki.mozilla.org/Special:Listusers?username=&limit=50&group=sysop

And any one of them should be able to take care of it.

Somehow I got myself added to this list, and do check the wiki for
vandals/spam every couple of days myself, though I, as with anyone, do
miss things as well...
