- Localization
We're currently talking with Seth from the l10n team about what system
will work best for hosting localized content on mozilla.org. David
recently talked with several l10n members and it sounds like there is
a range of potential options. Seth is going to make a recommendation
for what to go with soon, so if you have any feedback about what you'd
like to see please ping him.
- New Home Page Design
The bulk of the meeting was spent discussing the new home page design
at

I won't try to capture all of the discussion but the main focus was
about the right balance between the different elements on the page,
specifically the mission and product information. David will work
with the designer on making some tweaks and will post a new design
soon. We can have another call as needed.
- Community Map
We were running long at this point but spent some time talking about
the new Community Map at
http://www.mozilla.org/community/universe.html
David suggested making this the new main page for the Community
section and renaming the section from Our Community to Community Map.
There was general agreement about this in addition to removing the
current Community sidebar with the understanding that relevant
information would be linked to from other places.
There was also discussion of the purpose of the map and how it can be
used for helping us think about how to organize mozilla.org and the
rest of the web universe. David encouraged people to talk more about
this at the upcoming task force meetings.

- Update on Support:
A couple of weeks ago I started redirecting all the
www.mozilla.org/support/thunderbird/* URLs to the appropriate places.
That's <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=573283>
* If there's a broken support URL, or one who's destination is wrong
please file a bug.
* The files are still on SVN. I'll keep them there for a few months,
just in case we need to revert, or if someone needs the content.
