Kuma transition status report: Edits are a go!

Last night, we started redirecting attempts to edit articles on MDN over to the new Kuma wiki at https://developer-new.mozilla.org/. You can now begin editing using the new wiki platform. Changes you make *will* carry over when the Kuma wiki replaces the current site sometime in the next couple of weeks, so feel free to work as usual, other than learning the new system.
Changes you make will not be reflected on the current wiki, however, so the current site will fall slightly out of date during this interim period.
A few things to note about the new wiki:
1. If you need to edit templates, you'll need special permissions to do so. You may email me requesting them if you need to do it. A brief explanation of what you want or need to do would be appreciated.
2. When you write a new page, by default, it is marked as requiring both technical and editorial review; you may unmark these if you don't believe these reviews are required using the checkboxes at the bottom of the page.
3. Similarly, you may request reviews on any changes you make by checking those boxes before saving.
4. There isn't actually yet a real UI for the review mechanism. I'll talk about this further later.
5. You'll have to log in a second time when you get directed to developer-new; this is annoying but unavoidable under the circumstances. The new site will move to developer.mozilla.org soon, and this will no longer be a problem.
I'm sure there are other things worth noting that I've forgotten. Feel free to ask any questions you may have in #mdn on irc.mozilla.org!
It's taken a little longer than expected to get there, but we're finally on the brink of completing this transition. Thanks so much for your patience!
