New section "Changes for Open Web App developers" in Firefox_N_for_developers

Hello all :-)

Since Firefox 16 there is now web app support (Windows/Mac/Linux).

So in
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Firefox_16_for_developers,
along the sections "Changes for Web developers" and "Changes for add-on
and Mozilla developers" I have added a new section:
"Changes for Open Web App developers".

I believe Open Web App changes deserve a dedicated section since it's a
little bit more than the Web, but it's not add-on nor internals.

Feel free to comment on this and/or change the mentioned article.
