Regarding inappropriate content on MDC

I love it when folks take care of removing spam and other
inappropriate content on MDC. What would make me love it even more is
if you do so and it's particularly egregious (like any form of actual
spam, or porn, or whatever) you drop me an email with the user's name
so I can ban them. An unfortunate side effect of the way these kinds
of things show up in the history logs is that I often don't see the
content itself (especially in the case of attachments), so I don't
know to ban them.
