Welcome GSoC student Berker Peksağ

All,

Please take a minute to welcome Berker Peksağ to our MDN team(s). Berker
has already contributed to the MDN codebase - he cleaned up installation
docs, cleaned out some unused django apps, and even updated our jingo
library to a new version.

Berker will be working on the Localization Dashboard [1] this summer.
I'll help him work with the dev team to begin pushing code behind a
waffle flag, and we'll all help him refine the product requirements as
we go.

Wanted to mention that the teams have been doing a wonderful job refining the requirements on our Google Summer of Code page. There are some more updates to share, but it should be plenty to start with. For the finer details, I agree that a waffle flag makes sense.
