How to get item added to MDC doc

I'd like to add an item to the docs as per
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488587 comments #19 and #20.
Apparently this requires a separate account, and there doesn't seem to be
any way to create one. Will account creation be re-enabled soon, or could
someone with an account add it for me? Thanks.

Send me an email with the username you'd like to use and the email
address you want to receive messages related to the account on, and
I'll set you up. Hoping to have user self-signups reactivated very
shortly.
