The basics are that:
Multiple Feature areas supporting different size 'tiles'
Rotations to Feature Areas.
Ability to lock slots in Featured Areas to guarantee placement.
Ad-Hoc Promotions (collections of apps)
Sponsored Listing Results.
Improved App Selection and Management tools
This is not intended as the UI design but to allow flexibility in that by the UX team.

It's an interesting doc, I don't have any big objections from an
engineering side except that I think building a usable interface for
this will be pretty challenging and potentially time consuming. If
Maureen and Maria feel good about it though, so do I.
