[RFC] [marketplace] Refund Stories

I kindly request your comments on these user stories about the refund process. I think the 30-minute automatic refund is well understood, but the manual refund process needs some thinking.
There are some open issues and questions in the document, so your insights and opinions will help sharpen it.
It doesn't yet yet contain stories for chargebacks, the cases credit card company or mobile operator initiates a refunds because of a disputed charge. I need to understand a bit more about how this works and will add these.
