as I wrote a few minutes back, we've reversed course on the decision
to release TB 3.1 apha1 as an unlocalized release.
Therefore everyone interested in being part of the TB 3.1 alpha1
release should please opt in for this release by following up to
this thread, referencing your locale, and the revision, as given by hg
ident, or a link to your hg repo with the revision, like in
http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.2/de/rev/a788d89dbe8f
This release will be released l10n-wise from the l10n-mozilla-1.9.2
repository. Please do not opt-in to this release, unless
- the l10n dashboard at http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/?tree=tb31x
shows your locale as green
- the comm-1.9.2 trees on your l10n tinderbox page
http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-locale
is green for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X
L10n-wise this release will come from the l10n-mozilla-1.9.2
repositories, so please direct your checkins there.
Since this announcement is very late in coming, the opt-in period
will be very short. The opt-in deadline is tomorrow, Wednesday at
21:59 Central European Time (CET), so roughly 35 hours from now.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here.

Thanks. The OS X 1.9.2 tinderbox is also green. You just have to go back
a few hours to find its results.

so), tinderbox will go green after tommorow's run.

Thanks for all the opt-ins. I took all nine opt-ins, including the
two opt-ins that came in late. The current state of things can be seen
in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=540061
So far, the build process has not yet started, so if you still want
to opt-in, please do so. I will try to squeeze you in as well.

Good point, Rimas. I did just that a few minutes ago.

Hi Sander,
unfortunately I can't take your opt-in at the moment. Your Windows
1.9.2 tinderbox is red at the moment, due to the old installer
variables issue that's been hunting us for over a year now.
I don't want to single you out here (from what I can see the Catalan
folks are also affected by this and the Albanian folks as well, until
I told them about it), but there's a reason why I wrote the paragraph
below in the original opt-in post:
| Please do not opt-in to this release, unless
|
| [...]
| - the comm-1.9.2 trees on your l10n tinderbox page
| http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-locale
| is green for Linux, Windows and Mac OS X
Please take a look at the full build log of your Windows 1.9.2
tinderbox, follow the link at the top to the error section and fix
the errors that were reported.
Thanks
should be fixed now (at least Thunderbird WINNT 5.2 comm-1.9.2 l10n
seems green). New rev:
