here's how we'll localize weave sync, the addon.
The en-US files are on http://hg.mozilla.org/weave-l10n/en-US/, which
get's occasionally updated from http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/weave/, see
below.
It only holds the en-US strings in the same structure as they should be
in in l10n. The l10n repos are siblings to the en-US repo, like
http://hg.mozilla.org/weave-l10n/de/.
The dashboard is showing builds on the "weave" tree, as well as the
"weave" appversion.
As of now, the l10n repos are empty, so clone, edit, push.
I'm not yet sure if I need to handle the .hgtags file, we'll see. Just
ignore those in your landings for now.
If you're interested in localizing weave, but don't have a repo
http://hg.mozilla.org/weave-l10n/, please file a bug in mozilla.org,
server ops, with me and mconnor on CC. Or just follow
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=mozilla.org&component=Server%20Operations&cc=l1...@mozilla.com,mco...@mozilla.com.
There are no localized builds of the weave addon yet, that's still up to
do in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=558307. Of course
fixing that will be easier with a few locales having some strings in.
Questions?
Axel
PS: Technical detail for those interested, the en-US repo is the output
of hg convert with a pathmap, and converts both the files and their
history from the subdir
http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/weave/file/default/source/chrome/locale/en-US
into the top dir.
I miss "cs" locale. Not sure if here was some "opt-in" thread and we
missed it. Can you add "cs" locale?

Please file a bug with the link I offered in the original post?
For reference, I based the initial list of repositories on the comments
in this thread,
http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.l10n/browse_frm/thread/51117d7e781170c7.

If you want to run compare-locales locally, there's a sibling to
compare-locales that's shipping in the same package, called
compare-dirs. You'd run it with
compare-dirs weave-l10n/en-US weave-l10n/ab-CD

Opss... sorry. I should read better :(
