Calendar: Optional String Change on the calendar10x and cal_aurora branches

Hello Folks,

Lightning now turning 1.0, we would like to mark the cache as no longer
experimental. Unfortunately we are very late in the cycle and have taken
great care not to change any strings since the last release.

To not burden you with additional string changes for the 1.0 release, we
have chosen to make the following string change optional. We would be
delighted if you have a minute to remove the "Experimental" label from
the string, but won't drop your locale if its not translated.
