Open Items for Fennec 11: string freeze missed, no updates for single locale builds

Hi,
you should feel free to go ahead and localize fennec 11 on aurora. There
are a few open items, though:
We missed the string freeze on Aurora. Not gonna bother you with more
plans or ETAs, I'll just tell you when we're actually frozen.
The single-locale builds on
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-aurora-android-l10n/
don't get automatic updates, so you'll need to go and download one every
day manually. As they're not incremental anyway, that's the same network
pain, but it's a hassle to remember. Bug is filed.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=713464, multi-locale builds
throws dices on which strings to show in which language, in particular
if you're shaking the device. Literally. I failed to get an owner for
that one, if you have any tips on how to nail this down and corner it,
please follow up in the bug.

Is it safe to assume we're done with the breaks for current Aurora, or
should we expect more Fennec changes? Maybe even in the beta? Or in the
release branch maybe? Because why not, fasttracking seems to be fun and
enjoyed by mobile dev team.
Sarcasm aside, I really hope we won't be pushed to work in the beta.
That also means not introducing any new strings right before the
Aurora→Beta migration, which I heard will happen tomorrow.

should we expect more Fennec changes? Maybe even in the beta? Or in the

For the time being, I suggest you keep aurora up-to-date. I have ideas
beyond that, but nothing really to carry any weight.
