In addition to this, there is no impact on either the new B4 nor the
rename on what we intend to do with string freeze. There's more clarity
on how we're going to take the remaining string changes that I have
talked about in earlier posts.
The time between 3.1 B3 and 3.5 B4 will be something around 4-5 weeks,
and we're going to get the remaining string changes in to the tree in
the first two weeks, which should leave you with some 2-3 weeks to catch
up. The total amount shouldn't exceed some 20 strings, at least that's
what we target.
Once we have B3, we'll ask you to do outreach with blogs and stuff to
get your testers on. There's going to be some exposure of B3 on the
startpage snippets, too. Pascal?
I hope that you'll use the window we have here to polish your
translation work and incorporate loads of community feedback.
I'm currently working on getting unchanged-strings pages up again, so
that you can hunt down those, too.
Cheers
Axel
