as per today's development meeting, we have pushed out the code freeze
date until next week's Sunday, January 25th, 23:59 PST.
I hope you're going to put that time to good use, in particular for
those locales that can start localizing the installer now. When you do,
please make sure that you're actually testing the generated installer,
on as many windows installations (in particular different OS language
settings).
I suggest that you don't remove charset.mk just yet, btw. Apparently
there's a problem with the updater,

us to back that out.
And yes, I expect some more work to keep the opt-in changesets up-to-date.

going to start the build in New Zealand, which is Sunday for most parts
