If you take a quick look at the comm-central push log:

You'll see that bug 467116 was landed and then backed out a bit later
due to regressions (in this case, a significant memory leak increase).

It was also commented on the bug that this is what happened:

Normally when something is backed out due to regressions it is fixed and
re-landed some time later.

As the author already has a new patch up and in my review queue, it will
probably be relanded today.
