Feed redirect requests

for the redirect requests in bookmarks.html, please do the following:
For any locale not using the en-US feed, please make sure that there is
a bug on file, and that it blocks
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=fx20feeds.
In that bug, we would like to get contact info and permission of the
site in question.
This is relevant for both feeds used in 1.5 and those that did not.
For unchanged feeds, we'll assume that the sites are fine with it, and
not block the redirect on the approval, for new sites, we only want to
add those after we got permission.
Once a bug is sufficiently on file, I'll assemble the links and feed IT
requests to get those redirects up.
That said, please don't edit
http://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox2/L10n_Feed_Redirects yourself. This is
supposed to be used in its raw form to set up the redirects, so I can't
add any policy sections or such. This page is for me and IT talking to
each other, requests to changes on that page should go through bugs, Mic
approving where necessary, me reviewing.
