Latvian pellcheck dictionary for FF2.0

Hello,

I have newest OpenOffice dictionary files for FF 2.0 spell-checker and I
would like them to appear dictionary file list with the rest of
dictionaries.

Could you point me to a "how-to" on how to add those files to this list?

Or maybe someone with appropriate knowledge could add them for me/us?
