a short update on where we are right now in terms of releasing
Thunderbird 3:
- The RC1 is done. The build machines are currently building the RC1
builds. Once we see how the RC1 builds are doing, we will decide
whether we need an RC2 or not.
- I've tried to include all the l10n changesets that you guys gave me.
The complete list that I used is available at
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/7be9e57ef348/thunderbird/l10n-changesets
- Everything is looking good on the product side l10n-wise.
- However on the web l10n side we are far from finished. Can those of
you, whose locale is still listed as "TODO" on the web dashboard
http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/?project=8&task=Thunderbird+3+in-product+pages
please try to work on the web l10n stuff as soon as possible.
Otherwise, your users will get to see English pages when they use
Thunderbird 3.
Thanks & Cya
Simon

That is because the pt-PT bugs are already fixed. Just look at

PS: Could you perhaps post here with just plain text? That way it would
be much easier to read your posts here in the newsgroup without a lot of
hassle.
So what is confusing is looking at:
http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/?project=8&task=Thunderbird+3+in-product+pages
(which is the url from Simon's post)
says that all 48 locales need to do the work against bug 523474. However
Bug 523474 is just tracking the other two bugs and not any work specific
to locales.
Hence I think that's where the confusion has come in.

I've fixed some typos after RC-1 build-1. So, if possible, use the
following revision for new German [de] RC-builds:
http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/de/rev/a1a0ea8aa365

> Hi Simon,
I'll use that revision in case we do an RC2.

FWIW, I don't see Bug 523474 and Bug 523583 on my dashboard -
http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/?locale=ru
I would translate this pages ages ago, if I've known about them.

Weird. This seems to be a bug in the dashboard code with your locale,
because all other open web l10n bugs show up on the respective locale
pages.
Pascal, can you take a look at this?
Simon Paquet
We\'ve managed to take this for the RC1 build2.
