SuggestionURL changes in Firefox MozSearch format

Hi,

FYI, in bug 340444 [1] the element <SuggestionURL> has been changed
today to <SuggestionUrl> to match the <Url> element capitalization. The
XML definitions of search plugins using this feature need to be updated
on branch and trunk in all locales.
