[AMO/Bandwagon] Add-on Collector 1.0.3 strings

We've fixed quite a few bugs in the Add-on Collector since its launch
last week, and with a few of the fixes have had to introduce new
strings. The new strings are listed below.
New strings:
r25895 - publish.properties - error.invalid_parameters
r25968 - publish.properties - enter.a.personal.publish.note.label
r27006 - bandwagonAddon.properties - bandwagon.addon.isexperimental
r27784 - bandwagonAddon.properties - bandwagon.addon.alreadyinstalled
r28105 - bandwagonAddon.properties - bandwagon.addon.searchprovider
r28105 - extensionOverlay.properties - login.unconfirmed
For locales that indicated they want to update with SVN, I added the new
strings to your files. I tried to update the add-on on Babelzilla but
the site says uploads are temporarily disabled, so I'll try again later.
Or if you use Babelzilla and don't mind updating with SVN, please feel free.
Because version 1.0.3 fixes some pretty major bugs, we'd like to release
the extension on Monday. If you can finish localization before then,
that would be great, but if not, we may be able to push another version
later in the week with updated strings.

I've opted for babelzilla (el-GR locale) but since it's unavailable as
a service i tried to add the new strings directly via SVN and i got a
500 internal server error.

For example for es-ES we use babelzilla and manual SVN upload, but for
that reason we didn't get the new strings merged and we have just 1 day
left to do the translation.

releasing this version so that there are no errors.

ca (excluded since launch), cs, da, fa, fr, he, id, ja (excluded since
launch), ro, ru, uk (excluded since launch), vi, zh-CN, zh-TW
I merged the new en-US strings to the Babelzilla locales that did not
update (id, vi, zh-TW) but if you translate via Babelzilla, we can
override the en-US strings easily.

working right (see bug 521936).
Something must have gone wrong with the commit of revision 51212 but
still, i don't remember to get a notification in this list for the new
string.
I did a quick search and it looks like the string
"manage.collection.label" wasn't added to extensionsOverlay.dtd for a
couple of other locales (it and pl if i remember well right now) while
most of the rest locales have not updated their translations - i guess
nobody got a notification.
So, i guess we need all to check our translations and a new version soon
to address the problem.
