Add-on Collector 1.1 - Redux

Hi All,

Apologies, but we missed a few strings and I've just checked in the
English placeholders into affected locales.

1. browserOverlay.dtd
2 new strings (last 2).
Locales affected: All, *except* pl, ru, sk, uk, and zh-TW.

2. extensionsOverlay.dtd
1 new string (manage.collection.label near the end)
Locales affected: es-ES, fy-NL, id, nl, vi, and zh-CN.

Also, if you have not already done so, please go through all the other
files to make sure there are no lingering English strings in there.
