Thunderbird 3 release, step 1: In-product pages

Hi all,

I have filed bugs for all 49 locales shipping with TB3 regarding the
in-product pages needed for the product, you can see that in your
webdashboard (http://l10n.mozilla.org/webdashboard/)

The master bug with instructions is this one:

I will file a parallel bug for public product pages on
