[Urgent] Changeset c9addb91a2b6 regressed strings back to en-US

Hi,

Some of the strings in Vietnamese repo have reverted to en-US. Please
let me know if this is caused by software or human
error.

I do make changes on narror but I do not revert no delete any translated
strings.

however, as I don't use Fennec (it does not run on my experia x10),
I will not touch Fennec's translation.
