Thank you for your email and welcome to the Mozilla Community! We're excited that you're interested in joining the Firefox Uzbek localization effort. Since you have stated that you would like to start a new localization effort, I'll will be your mentor and point of contact.

Here's how you can get started:

Add your contact information to the Uzbek L10N team wiki page (https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:uz) and connect with
your team members.
Visit L10n process doc (https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Localization_Process) to become familiar with how we localize.
Visit the L10n Quick Start Guide(https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Localization_Quick_Start_Guide) to find tutorials on how to jump in and start localizing.

You're also welcome to read through and post to the new localization discussion newsgroup(http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.l10n.new-locales). Hope to see more from you soon!
