New L10n Getting Started Guide on MDN -- Feedback Request

Hey everyone!

In an effort to simplify and adapt the wiki doc to apply to a wider
range of audiences, I have created the Localization Quick Start Guide to
replace the existing Create a new localization tutorial.

If you have some time this week, please take a minute to read
through this guide
(https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Localization_Quick_Start_Guide) and
let me know what you think. As you look through it, please keep these
questions in mind:

1) How do you feel about the new format (i.e., navigation links at
the bottom, smaller pages, use of multiple pages, etc.)?
2) How do you feel about the overall tone?
3) Is all of the information accurate and up-to-date?
4) Has anything been left out? If so, what?
5) This has been re-written to be applicable to all newcomers,
whether they are creating a new localization or joining an existing
localization effort. Do you feel that this guide presents sufficient
information to satisfy both audiences? If not, should there be two
guides, one that addresses the needs of each audience?
6) Is the information organized in a useful and flowing way?

If you notice something that needs correcting, file a bug using the
template below.
