Unfortunately, though I've contacted a few members of Lao's Linux User Group,
but they are not in Lao at the time, so I could not meet any of them ;)
I also found that, because in Lao, they use Thai language as their
main language,
l10n activities are tied with Thai's. It seems that the Firefox I see
in Lao are identical
to Thai's Firefox.
Local activities are needed and should be encouraged too, but we need time and
local members.
I've just come back from Lao after a 5-day trip ;)

It is only 1 hour from Hanoi to Luang Prahang or Vientiane by plane.
So I think we can make it another day when there is an FOSS/Mozilla
event in Laos.
