Howdy,

I'd like to congratulate everyone on the successful BrowserID release
yesterday - we now support 40 locales!

Next release is planned in two weeks, so we'd like to kindly ask you to
finish your work by Tuesday, April 24 10:00 PST. New strings are already
available in Verbatim & SVN and shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to
translate.

We have 6 new strings, related to improved saftey on public
terminals/shared computers.

If you're using Verbatim, please don't forget to commit your changes to VCS
under the Review tab.

Less than 20 minutes after you commit translations to VCS, they will be
visible on our preview environment at:
http://temporary_preview.myfavoritebeer.org/

Shall you have any questions, I'm happy to help.

-Matjaž

Does the preview environment work for those using SVN? I'm seeing old
and incomplete translations for my locale (eo) ...

Eduardo.

The preview server apparently still runs the old code:
https://github.com/mozilla/browserid/issues/1427

Will let you know once it's ready.

Sorry about that.

As Michael pointed out, one of the new strings is incomplete:
"If you're at a public computer such as a library or internet cafe, we'll
ask you "

I'll replace it in the next 12 hours when Verbatim is up again with:
"If you're at a public computer such as a library or internet cafe, we'll
ask you for your password again in an hour."

Locales that have already translated new strings for the April 24 release
will have to translate this string again.

Sorry for that.

Hi all,

String are now updated.

The following locales were already at 100% before the update and will have
to translate the new fuzzy string:

Basque
Chinese (Taiwan)
Esperanto
French
Galician
German
Greek
Indonesian
Irish
Ligurian
Polish
Romansh
Turkish

There are no bigger changes for the rest of the locales, except for one of
the new strings waiting for translation being updated.

Sorry for confusion once again.

Hey guys,

There are less than 24 hours remaining to finish your translations.

There are more than 30 locales 100% ready and the following have very
little work to do:

Turkish
Albanian
Bulgarian
Catalan
Chinese (China)
Croatian
Finnish
Hebrew
Japanese
Lithuanian
Songhay
Ukrainian

Matjaž, we were already done, but where can we check our work? I tried:

http://temporary_preview.myfavoritebeer.org/ and
https://temporary_preview.hacksign.in/sign_in but nothing is translated
as it used to be. I'm trying to check 'eo'.

Eduardo.

It's working! Well, kind of, because by looking at it I found a couple
of problems that I fixed in revision 104704.

Let's see if they make it to the release. They certainly did not make
it to the temporary server, unless it takes more than a couple of hours
to pull from svn. How often does that happen?

Thanks again, Eduardo.
