BrowserID: deadline moved to Feb 15 noon PST

Hey localizers,
We've done amazing work localizing BrowserID! In just 10 days, we have 15
locales at 100% and 42 locales that opted in so far:

BrowserID developers have decided *NOT* to push new version to production
tomorrow, which gives us 1 more week to finalize our translations. New
deadline has moved to Feb 15 noon PST.
This is a great opportunity for 15 locales that are on a good way towards
100%:
- Albanian
- Russian
- Romansh
- Polish
- Serbian
- French
- Czech
- Afrikaans
- Finnish
- Japanese
- Romanian
- Lithuanian
- Croatian
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Esperanto
