Do I have to wait until formal release?

What is the official site for Persona now (I keep seeing links to
BrowserID) best site to look at for examples? (I have seen many on
this list.)

Thanks to all devs and Mozilla for this project.

Best regards,

-Tom

You can start using Persona right now. Mozilla uses it at a number of
production sites, as do a rising number of other sites.

We treat it as a cannot-regress, high-availability system. It's not
perfect, but it's getting better every day.

You can start at https://browserid.org and click the "developer" link.
You can also check out http://123done.org, our new flagship example site.

When we move to the new URLs in the next few weeks, you won't have to
change a thing, everything will still work.

I've been using it, flawless. But I'm going to have to change urls because
of the rebrand. You came at the perfect time.

It has been working great for me also, except under Opera 12 and Chrome Frame. The GCF issue was outlined on another post.

With Opera the popup window freezes after clicking Sign In. However, if you then close the popup and refresh the main page (123done.org) it turns out you are signed in to the site.

Opera Version 12.00
Build 1467
Platform Win32
System Windows 7

Oh, wow, the GCF issue has been reported before:
https://github.com/mozilla/browserid/issues/796

I've filed an issue about that here:
https://github.com/mozilla/browserid/issues/1844

Thanks!
