[signin] reviews needed for fixes to stage.

I need a couple of code reviews, two issues were found in stage that I
have fixes for. Both issues probably warrant a stage hotfix before
pushing to prod.

First: https://github.com/mozilla/browserid/pull/3396 - Add a background
color to the delay, error and wait screens.

Currently the error, wait and delay screens show a transparent
background on stage.

The easiest way to test this is to open the main site and click 4 times
about 50px down vertically from the upper right hand corner and show the
various screens.


Second: https://github.com/mozilla/browserid/pull/3397 - This has
already been reviewed (and given an r+) but should be considered for
merge into stage.

Show the document body when link is invalid. If you re-click a
verification link from an email, currently only a white screen is shown.
