Firefox Add-On Application Development

Hello,

We are looking for a Developer who has experience building Firefox
Extensions to build a particularly simple one.

We would like to build an add-on for Firefox with the following
purpose:

Upon installation, the add-on would designating a specific web page
for the browser to be directed to when the user opens a new tab. The
user should be able to install and uninstall the Add-On.

It is possible that this is as simple as building an add-on that
redirects about:blank to this web page or that a better solution
exists.

Please send us an email if you are interested in developing this Add-
On for us. Please let us know how much you would charge for the
source and completed code.
