Is that 'onload' only true for TB/Gecko2 or has FX/Gecko2 a similar
notification?

Background: we are searching for a notification thrown at startup of
FX/TB *after* all tabs have been loaded. This is to delay the start of
an extension (it's all about speed up the FX/TB first start).
