Funky Sidebar Behaviour - Firefox 3b2

This is what's happening:

toggleSidebar('mySidebar',true); ///open it
var sidebarDOM = document.getElementById("sidebar").contentDocument;

Works good, but if you close the sidebar and re-run the same code I
get this error:

Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure
code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIWebNavigation.document]"
nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame ::

For some reason the second time around it cant figure out what the
contentDocument is. I have to restart the browser to get it working
again. I've lost a day of development to this one thing... don't know
what do :/

FYI, the same code worked fine FF 2.0.0.*. Also, when opening the
browser, if the sidebar was open during a previous session, I get this
error:
