Actually, it's been put up on the ftp server already:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/libraries/win32/Mozill...

Seems to work for me, yay :) (VC7.1, trunk, knowledge carried over from
before but I rewrote the mozconfig anyway)
