trunk builds failing, /system/bin/sh missing?

I did a clean trunk build on an unagi and the phone won't boot any more:

Run |./flash.sh| to flash all partitions of your device

Has anyone seen this before?

Looks like this was user error. I built an otoro build and flash that onto an unagi phone. We seem to not detect and reject that in ./flash.sh.
