Thunderbird 3.0 b2 Code Freeze

Hey ~

We're now in the Hard Code and String Freeze phase of the Thunderbird
3.0 beta2 release. The tree is closed and no further items should be
checked in without approval.

I've updated the 3.0b2 wiki page[1] to reflect the current changes.

Many thanks to everyone who worked to get everything in on time and done
well. There are only 2 items left on the blocker list and the 3.0 Beta
2 Release Tracking Bug will be tracking those remaining release items
(Release Notes, What's New Page, etc).

Tomorrow morning EST gozer should be able to start the process of
building a release candidate for the test day on Friday.
