Some feedback from Tb user support. The suggestion is Tb provide two
variants of it's default theme. One being the curent default while the
second would have dome revised CSS. The goal being to offer a High Contrast
styled variant for those with vision issues.

Currently the method calls for teaching a User to create a userChrome.css
with the needed !important CSS overrides. One of the restyling's needed is
the underlining of threads with new. Options include text color, bold face,
or background color changes a User can associate the the threads content
status.

Just ask them to install the Stylish extension. Put your style mods up
at http://userstyles.org/ and point your users at that site.
