All I see in that file is:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<updates>
</updates>

That said, my OS X build updated with today's nightly build.
Perhaps the push happened after you posted that message? Or perhaps it's
a Windows-only issue?

Sorry, forgot to mention. gozer has now fixed aus and its currently
processing the back-log of updates. They should be available soon if not
already.
