There is a new meta Bug 533875 (alias tb-netbooks) Improve netbooks
experience. Please make netbook and *similar* device size bugs block
533875 or tb-netbooks. This will help focus on appropriate issues for
making the experience better.

Is there a bug to (re)implement the compact header view?
