Problem compiling Seamonkey 2.18

Hi,
following Jens suggestion, I've downloaded the revision tagged with
RELEASE_21_END from comm-release and the one tagged FIREFOX_21_0_RELEASE
from mozilla-release (extracted inside comm-release and renamed the
folder as mozilla) to compile Seamonkey 2.18 on my own.

Just looking at the release notes page for SM 2.18 .... [link] and in the Frequently Asked Questions section, under the "Who makes SeaMonkey?" sub-heading it directs people to look at "Help->About Mozilla SeaMonkey"

in these days, several user of our forum pointed out that in almost all
occurrencies of the Italian translation of Seamonkey the word Sidebar is
left in English and not translated. The previous localiser said that
this has been done on purpose because Sidebar is a product name (just
