Currently the only thing we are not up to date on is:

And I think we need to wait to see what else we need to change.

Are we still seeing this? INCO?

Dunno. I did get the bugmail, but maybe I accidentally marked it as read

I never saw any requests for this in all these years, so AFAIC yes, RIP.

I've updated the bug with what's actually required and am happy to
review a patch. :-)

This should actually be done eventually. Put it on my todo list.

We need someone with proper graphics skills I guess. That won't be me; I
already gave it a try and the result is what we have now (which I call
better than nothing).

What's "here"? Sync UI? Port several bugs from FF I guess, to be tracked
by bug 687316 (which is on hiatus until someone finds the time to go
through the attached list).

Well, now that we have customisable toolbars, we could make it a
non-default button, if someone could be bothered. (I assume that the
sidebar overlay could simply add it to the palette in every window in
which it was overlaid.)
