Hello
When I apply for a (email s/mime) certificate say form commodo,
I receive an email with a link which I open with firefox and the
certificate gets installed in firefox automatically.
A lot of people with whom I talked found this a little contra intuitve
and would have preferred to have downloaded the certificate, to use it
later say in thunderbird.
Apple's Safari does just that, download the certificate.
Could such a feature be implemented?
thanks

I haven't verified this but chances are if Commodo included an
appropriate Content-Disposition header in the file's http headers then
Firefox would go ahead and download the file instead of attempting to
install it.

On the other hand, why does Apple's Safari download without installing it?
Could firefox at least give the user the option, download or install?
