I wanted to add a bookmark, and - guess what - I could not add a new folder,
because there is no button or way to add a new folder.

Fortunately I do remember that I can add a new folder under "Organise
Bookmarks" - but that has been renamed to "Show all bookmarks" but I figured
out that real quick.
A basic functionality lack! I commented on this before, now at least you
can back out of adding a bookmark (Escape works), but you still have to add
a new folder somewhere else.
