Everytime I receive a new message on Facebook Chat my Firefox
crashes? any ideas? I have the latest updates as of today.

Can you please open about:crashes and send us the link to the lastest
crash? Also please try to run Firefox in Safe Mode
(http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode) and check if an extension is
causing this crash. Thanks.

Is your Firefox version 3.5.4? If so try updating to 3.5.5 as it fixes
some crash problems.

Ihave a freind on facebook and one time I turned him off and now I turn him back on and then it goes right back to turn off. also once I turned chat off and now I try to turn it back on and it don't come back
