When about:support was created, it was coded by Curtis Bartley, who if I
understand correctly, was an intern. Now there are post-implementation
bugs, and I fear that no-one is taking responsibility for about:support
bugs.
Specific bugs:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=680309 [Add update channel
to about:support], which was based on a discussion in dev.usability last
summer.

I guess since it is in toolkit now I am technically the owner. If you

mean is there any particular person devoted to fixing about:support
bugs, then no there isn't to my knowledge.
