I was just wondering, if you guys came up with this idea of introducing
smooth zooming to desktop browser, just like in mobile version of
Firefox, I know is not the best idea to ever happen, but lots of people
zoom pages most of the time with ctrl + wheel or something like that.
Just wanted you guys to check if could be possible to add this feature
before any browser out there ;).

Yes - mobile Firefox and Firefox OS have smooth zooming already, and we

will work working on making the same code work on desktop starting with
these bugs and their dependencies:
