Ok, I'm glad you got it working.
The mozilla.exe process getting stuck as a process seems to me like
that was from the old Mozilla Suite (1.7), btw.
You don't have to be that afraid of deleting processes in the task manager.
The alert seems scary, but if you see things like "mozilla.exe",
"firefox.exe" or any other program you know you have installed, you
shouldn't be too scared that something terrible happens with your
system.
