I'm trying to use Fx3.6 b2 but i getting stuck with a ui error, after a
time of start fx 3.6b2 an extra "empty toolbar" is showed in the top of
the window ui.

The normal view in Fx3.5(always) and in Fx3.6(only after a certain time
of start or restart)

I don't know of any toolbar that appears above the menu bar, so I expect
you have an extension. I don't see a bookmarks toolbar. Did you have a
bookmarks toolbar? Go to the View Menu -> Toolbars -> see if it goes
away by unchecking a toolbar, if so which one? Then also check
"Problematic Extensions" http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions

You indicate a time element is it related to searching I notice different searches
before and after on the tabs. Do any of your extensions have the word
"toolbar" in them?

Another possibility is a theme, you are running a Beta and themes are often
late in getting updated. Same possibly could happen with a style that affects
toolbars. What operating system, if still nothing you might include
operating system in a search along with empty toolbar and 3.6

HTH,
David McRitchie, extensions I use are briefly documented on my site

i'm using Fx3.6B2 without extensions and with the default theme.
The "toolbar added" is a region of aprox 0.5cm(height and window wide,
appears after a time of use, uppon start or restart is not.

Is the region between the windows tittlebar and the fx menubar.

FWIW, you also seem to have extra information being displayed. On my
system I have "Mozilla Firefox 3.6 Beta 2" being displayed. Your screen
shot shows you have the following being displayed:

"Mozilla Firefox 3.6 Beta 2 3.6"

Again FWIW, I haven't notice that extra "toolbar" on my FF 3.6b2 install.

Did you get Firefox from an official location (http://www.mozilla.com/)?
If not, perhaps you got a buggy or even malware version.

Have you tried loading in "Safe Mode"?

You could also test with a new profile, and also uninstalling and
reinstalling Firefox.
