Decline no longer working

After upgrading to the nightly of 20080221, the decline button does no
longer trigger the compose window to inform to sender.

Does anybody else have this problem as it looks like regression to me.

I'd like you to retest with a recent nightly build if the issue is
completely fixed.

Thanks for your reply Stefan.

Using 20080225 nightly on MS now and the issue seem to be fixed. If I
come across an instance that is not, I will report back in Bugzilla.
